BMC Travel Clinic operates as a 'Pay & Go' service. No deposit/payment is required upfront, you only pay for what you have at each appointment. There are no hidden costs such as consultation charges or prescription charges.
We accept debit cards or cash as payment. We can take Credit cards and American Express as form of payment although due to increased charges we will have to add a £2 charge on the final amount. Please note- We no longer accept cheques.
Returns and Exchange Policy BMC Medical Services aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item from our shop, it must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your written itemised receipt within 14 days of purchase. We are only able to give a credit note for unwanted goods.
If an item is found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase, please supply us with the details of the fault together with the original packaging and itemised receipt. The item will then be exchanged and returned to the relevant manufacturer.
